Are you of legal drinking age in the country you live in?
You have approved that you are of legal age to purchase liquor.
Freight
Your purchases will be sent by private delivery – to the address specified when placing the order.
If we receive your order on weekdays, you will normally receive your goods within 5 – 12 working days thereafter.
But may have a longer delivery time of up to 14 business days.
We cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Items ordered on Saturdays, Sundays, will be shipped the next opening day.
Under billing address / delivery address, we ask for a mobile number of the recipient, so that the freight company in case the recipient is not at home, can send an SMS with pick-up location.
(Not possible in all countries, so also write if the item may be placed).
Website update
We do our best to update the website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. Spelling errors, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the items can occur, however, and sometimes we find that the price of an item is stated incorrectly.
If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered on the website, we will notify you as soon as possible. Under these circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price for the item and allow you to purchase the item at the correct price.
If we are unable to contact you, we will use our right not to accept your offer.
Right of withdrawal
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of food.
Liquor is food and must therefore also be treated accordingly. According to the Consumer Contracts Act § 17, para. 2, no. 1, cf. section 9, subsection 2, no. 1, there is no right of withdrawal on the purchase of goods for the household’s current consumption, including spirits and specialties.
The right of withdrawal is 14 days.
In the case of non-perishable goods, the time limit is calculated as a starting point from the day you received the goods or the first delivery.
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, they are entitled to receive a number of information, e.g. about the right of withdrawal and about the purchased item. The withdrawal period does not run until you have received this information in writing (eg on paper or e-mail).
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your goods from the day you receive the goods.
If the order is delivered in several rounds, the cancellation period is valid from the day you receive the last item.
If you want to regret your purchase, it is not enough to reject the package. You must unequivocally inform Isfjordshop that you will regret the purchase. You will receive a receipt immediately after.

Once you have notified Isfjordshop that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned as soon as possible or within 14 days to:
